Free Personal and Professional Edition Upgrades
If you are a registered user of the Personal or Professional Editions of Astrobe, and your support period is still active, upgrades to the latest major, minor and bug-fix versions are free. You should automatically receive an email whenever an upgrade is released with instructions on how to download the full version.
These are also announced on the Astrobe Forum. You can subscribe to specific topics if you want to receive an email whenever a new message is posted on the forum.
Discounted Professional Edition Upgrades
If you are a registered user of the corresponding version of the Professional Edition of Astrobe you may be eligible for discounted upgrades:
- If your support period is due to expire in the future your support period will be extended for one year beyond your current expiry date.
- If your support period expired less than a year ago your support period will be extended for one year beyond when it last expired.
- If your support period expired more than a year ago your new support period will be limited to 30 days.
- If your support period has expired and you require a full year of support you can order as if you were a new user.
