I needed a SunRise/Set calculation but got quite frustrated by lack of
good (reliably) working examples. After a lot of (re)search I found
one and implemented it for Oberon-7.
It took a full day to get all components together and tested. I have
included all sources and libraries. Please make it available for
general use. The included test-source contains some real-life
examples.

The attached source code files have now been updated to be compatible with v4.3 Astrobe for LPC2000.
